COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma BL-MC200E-20TB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the A3651051231 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B1008B102 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B1566B1230021 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand BA36445572710 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by National such as ACF1716E2E0S equipment made by National have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A20B0004017109D made by Fanuc as well as the popular BE232DRKMSN original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0753B394 by Fanuc and ACF1716E2E0S spares by National are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B54610 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Berkeley. |
