COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma BLII-D100A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the MSDA083D1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFU1514WA2 manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MBDDT2210053 by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Power-Electronics Brand M1046H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as R7DZP02H equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MIV04A1B5 made by Okuma as well as the popular R88DMT20 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7FR4031 by Reliance and R7DZP02H spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRUSHLESS2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec.
