COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma 4809-032-473-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ono-Sokki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ono-Sokki such as the RP112AC0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3G3RVB2370 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSCUDSCU by Manufacturer Oriental-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand MPP1003Q6SKPSN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as SACS08C101 equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SC15504605 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular MSDA3A3A1A original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SACD15FV10 by Ormec and SACS08C101 spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DHT830S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promac. |
