COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma 1006-0627-B77.407 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rr-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 25FN4042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8B0P0440HW000001 manufactured by Rr-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Rr-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MIV011B1 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Patriot Brand DD150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 01SPIF01016R9001013R9001 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SP401027CTAN made by Reliance as well as the popular 3G3MX2A4110 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31ER4060 by Reliance and 01SPIF01016R9001013R9001 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS122T2DDAAD3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
