COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohio W8183022.00 WBMQ818-60-R-56 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexnord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Drive such as the 1VP56118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 401603181170012T manufactured by Rex and we are pleased to be able to service most Rex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEU331 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renold Brand 200A1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pickard-And-Burns-Inc. such as 04I3384I equipment made by Pickard-And-Burns-Inc. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pickard-And-Burns-Inc. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pickard-And-Burns-Inc." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 207UCBN3A200A1A made by Rexnord as well as the popular 40RB original spares produced by Renold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q200 by Reliance and 04I3384I spares by Pickard-And-Burns-Inc. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2000R11D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Poggi. |
