COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohio U2133-10-B-MC56C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 101976 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W0510050DLNS02DHLDK by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ntn Brand WUL311203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomson such as VTR010004T0TM10071 equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0198427590008 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 086161002ACCURAY original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 02092900601 by Abb and VTR010004T0TM10071 spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1115139 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord. |
