COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohio Semitronics CT7-015D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schweitzer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PSS3056 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEL311A manufactured by Schweitzer and we are pleased to be able to service most Schweitzer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature indentnr750106 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand G3JT217BL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schramme-Gmbh such as GP8036A59111 equipment made by Schramme-Gmbh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schramme-Gmbh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schramme-Gmbh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6DD16810EA1 made by Siemens as well as the popular SR3B261JD original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6DD16110AG0 by Siemens and GP8036A59111 spares by Schramme-Gmbh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RB20561FC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
