COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohio HMQ821-5-H-140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued David-Brown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Syncrogear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader David-Brown such as the MO620B02NMM100808 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MODF334H1178809N manufactured by Syncrogear and we are pleased to be able to service most Syncrogear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K513WG0320MT30 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thk Brand HSR20R2SS400L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as KT47AM56 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KABQU473H made by Grove as well as the popular K403AG0670MR160140 original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P321SPR0100MTF by Stober and KT47AM56 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSHV25A0967A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cone. |
