COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ohio H133-100-CQ-ET-MSI-RKS-F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaydon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the M6284A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KA040XP0 manufactured by Kaydon and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaydon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IFMA1RA4001000T1SAQS by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Master Brand M55093M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Textron such as MOU30C124A1 equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LB1750M2 made by Magtrol as well as the popular MSHV25A0967A original spares produced by Cone Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1190DHC3ARS by Falk and MOU30C124A1 spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M055719002QT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
