COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ogura SNB 6G-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optima parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental-Motor such as the 2GK100K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPTD31T manufactured by Optima and we are pleased to be able to service most Optima systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 140DM16A by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand LB12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prud'homme such as ThreeWayrightangle11 equipment made by Prud'homme have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVC1 made by Pbc-Linear as well as the popular 1402Cot original spares produced by Rexnord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W832015300BMQ83220D140 by Ohio and ThreeWayrightangle11 spares by Prud'homme are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM672WZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rehfuss.
