COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Numatics SPS050X911CX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nvent-Hoffman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio such as the H719000ETHS1RKHN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E480943671A manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27024 by Manufacturer Nvent-Hoffman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand BLMC200J20SNA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Numation such as RW030A1AEZA2 equipment made by Numation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Numation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Numation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7ETN made by Omron as well as the popular 61FGPN2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLMC400J12SB by Okuma and RW030A1AEZA2 spares by Numation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7DBPA5L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
