COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Num BPH1904K5AF2L01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stegmann product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the BPH1423N5AF2CA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BPG0952N5BA3CV2 manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AG100MSSI4124FESR0000 by Manufacturer Stegmann as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand Alpha8080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Osai such as B36E21I07009 equipment made by Osai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Osai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Osai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AF100LS4 made by Lafert as well as the popular BPH095N5CA1 original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ANR84269400ASN00301 by Demag and B36E21I07009 spares by Osai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B554 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ovitor-Oy. |
