COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nuclear Research Corp. AR-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omegadyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omnidrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omegadyne such as the LCFD1KG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UB3 manufactured by Omnidrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Omnidrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7CXA by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nvent-Hoffman Brand 27156 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oki-Hitachi such as QDD10018 equipment made by Oki-Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oki-Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oki-Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX612500GV made by Omega as well as the popular 19112241162405 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E4809820006B by Okuma and QDD10018 spares by Oki-Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5100005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nulogic. |
