COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ntn 6818ZZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rbl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reuland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rapistan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rbl such as the 402RANSI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0BFMG16N2000 manufactured by Reuland and we are pleased to be able to service most Reuland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XC1276 by Manufacturer Rapistan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Philadelphia Brand 6HS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nuttall such as U280032D equipment made by Nuttall have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C2050 made by Peer-Roller as well as the popular 3835SPTO original spares produced by Philadelphia

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HU1A by Ohio and U280032D spares by Nuttall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LE15003R2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma.
