COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nsk NN3015K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Peer-Chain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Onvio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raytheon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Peer-Chain such as the C603RX10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AL00500512A064NP manufactured by Onvio and we are pleased to be able to service most Onvio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8014954 by Manufacturer Raytheon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Posidyne Brand 01255DSH109 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perfection such as HC11831S equipment made by Perfection have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perfection products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perfection" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PL130D made by Ohio as well as the popular P56H5040SCH original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM2325F by Ohio and HC11831S spares by Perfection are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56X1526G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
