COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nsk M-YS2020GN011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Numatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLM75J20S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX43900G1 manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P1AP04I1ECAA2 by Manufacturer Numatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand 3G2A4IA121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omega such as OS35205V250C24V equipment made by Omega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLMC100MJ20SNA made by Okuma as well as the popular LCD10073 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RW030A1CEZC2 by Numation and OS35205V250C24V spares by Omega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3G2A5MP009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
