COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nsk LH25Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ocean-Optics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the LW70340ELC1W01PN1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3G2A3PRO16 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D7760 by Manufacturer Ocean-Optics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand E4809820006B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Numatics such as S2AL equipment made by Numatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Numatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Numatics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCX15002H16DXX made by Numatics as well as the popular W407WF original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLMC100MJ20SNA by Okuma and S2AL spares by Numatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3G2A3ID411 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
