COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Notifier Co DIA-1010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the F31X111PSHALGIFR010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS200ADPBG1ABB manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DR1008B6D92089 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ivek-Corporation Brand DS8AAPLC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FRA24O45KUL equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DIA1010 made by Notifier-Co as well as the popular FUM210 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HSCD1F1D by Ge and FRA24O45KUL spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EHST3FVE40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
