COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Noshok 200-2000-2-5-2-7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 9120022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4001254 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTE6N01G1FL by Manufacturer Sensor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand FEPC4LF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schmitt such as AR20025 equipment made by Schmitt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schmitt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schmitt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0183D22K2N00A060T20E5R01R05R06Q8 made by Rosemount as well as the popular KJRD30KNDPAV2 original spares produced by Pulsatronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60311603 by Sensotec and AR20025 spares by Schmitt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD2A22A2AB415P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemont. |
