COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Noshok 100-3000-2-1-2-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pinnacle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the MLV208H2376 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4177470201 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG08OFAU by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand DK1095A92110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as C20S180303A12C20E180303A12 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P42A4M2DK220S made by Pil as well as the popular MX712 original spares produced by Acuity Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G20805A by Nwl and C20S180303A12C20E180303A12 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM120933TV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Puprle. |
