COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Northstar R8240E442LD RIM8.5240E442LD 760-015 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omega such as the FMAA2311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX61330VAC5V manufactured by Omega and we are pleased to be able to service most Omega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E32T14 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand Z4LBS10V2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as E3SR37E3SR37 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E3N2R5B4US made by Omron as well as the popular E2KC25ME2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZXSF11 by Omron and E3SR37E3SR37 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E3XMDA41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
