COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Northstar HSD7100733100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Northstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Noshok parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Northstar such as the ST51024LC05CVCC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20050002527ST8 manufactured by Noshok and we are pleased to be able to service most Noshok systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7015CTRDUMP4Y by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand LY250880AL1B01P5Z3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Obara such as 105D06132L equipment made by Obara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Obara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Obara" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMH1905L1RF1L made by Num as well as the popular FX65UXANB1HKNAX original spares produced by Ohmart-Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SH32503LB16DS by Numatics and 105D06132L spares by Obara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original W2502WF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
