COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North Star RIMLD600/600PPR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-Star products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-Star such as the RIMLD600600PPR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0011106 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMC731O51P9H1DL1 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand FR05CM63AC0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Herma such as 617990 equipment made by Herma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Herma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Herma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RI58O200EG43KB made by Hengstler as well as the popular 871ECHPO original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDU93PN3A by Endress-Hauser and 617990 spares by Herma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HI8931D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hanna. |
