COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American PE184T-5-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Motors such as the MPM891FRMMAM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P14X1472 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSM042AJA by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand P992 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as MT40DXHSS256N128TCD4XSC14S5 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P56H1437 made by Reliance as well as the popular MR74225524U3N034GO original spares produced by Esr-Pollmeier Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCBD3439800B by Balance-Tech. and MT40DXHSS256N128TCD4XSC14S5 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18G0311S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
