COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Mfg. H6400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ogura-Clutch-Co. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Northstar-Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ogura-Clutch-Co. such as the VCE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NRTKS1200LV05C manufactured by Northstar-Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Northstar-Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0204200423D by Manufacturer Num as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Num Brand 200093L26 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as 200093K26 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LAH45EM made by Nsk as well as the popular BLMC200MJ12SBA original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LAH30HLZ by Nsk and 200093K26 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SH10610TB46DS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Numatics. |
