COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American ISO9001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HMD011NW0036 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4050PH04AAWBrake manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD200B11 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eberhard-Bauer Brand G1220DK84200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-Atlantic such as HDC1000110LC equipment made by North-Atlantic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-Atlantic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-Atlantic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HA103NCS made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular G13161400 original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HJ96G664S by Sem and HDC1000110LC spares by North-Atlantic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H3016NN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danaher. |
