COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric PEXP324T-40-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oberon-Company products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Num product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oberon-Company such as the GES8AXL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 76030121 manufactured by North-Star and we are pleased to be able to service most North-Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200093M26 by Manufacturer Num as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand W257SA2PC5Z5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Novatec such as MCD1000 equipment made by Novatec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Novatec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Novatec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C20HBMD212 made by Nutek as well as the popular D7760 original spares produced by Ocean-Optics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H62048ZT08CVL by Northstar and MCD1000 spares by Novatec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIA20L301KBZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Numerik-Jena. |
