COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric ATL-IRR-460-N1-BRKR-STD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nr--D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Numatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the PEXP404T606 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UCM1 manufactured by Nr--D and we are pleased to be able to service most Nr--D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH1606LB16DS3 by Manufacturer Numatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand W257SA2PC5Z5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as LAH45GL90 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 51218 made by Nsk as well as the popular SDU55B020AA6DX original spares produced by Numatics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1000B0504XHT128S4000 by North-American-Electric/siemens and LAH45GL90 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRE32SP062SAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsd. |
