COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric 3120B-0504TP00-24P-4-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Northstar-Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Numatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the LS20Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NRTKS1200LV05C manufactured by Northstar-Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Northstar-Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2AK03A1CADA0 by Manufacturer Numatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand MCM03010P02K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Electric such as PEXP256T204 equipment made by North-American-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GS10610LB1SYCR4 made by Numatics as well as the popular PA51 original spares produced by Novaseptic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27194 by Nvent-Hoffman and PEXP256T204 spares by North-American-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H6400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-American-Mfg.. |
