COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the North American Electric 3041B-0404XP00-24H-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Num products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Num such as the MDLA2021Q00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3041B1004XP0024H000 manufactured by North-American-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LY150460AL by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Num Brand LPIXP922SM14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nvent-Hoffman such as 27031 equipment made by Nvent-Hoffman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nvent-Hoffman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nvent-Hoffman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NY3522 made by Nyquist-Industrial-Control as well as the popular EC646 original spares produced by Ntn Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SDU55B020AA6DX by Numatics and 27031 spares by Nvent-Hoffman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GES8AXL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oberon-Company. |
