COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nortec 146-9483 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Si product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MLV4054G40A49115 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPTHPT by Manufacturer Si as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phei Brand S15S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reer such as EOS4R equipment made by Reer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911305500 made by Rexroth as well as the popular 0806PN9 original spares produced by Proteus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the INX360DF9912E2V15 by Pepperl and EOS4R spares by Reer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E6C3AN5B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
