COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nordson HR6250500024113 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renishaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Safescan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the DX32D1NAWA3WN1B4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RESM20USA100 manufactured by Renishaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Renishaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS7B351MDO by Manufacturer Safescan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1151DR2F12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as KSA25090130VAC equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSAC made by Red as well as the popular RL20000SS original spares produced by Rice-Lake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCCA2K by Omega and KSA25090130VAC spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5551000001G344FBE6024821 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Precise. |
