COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nordson 729450C Nordson parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mez product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the 64BM180KXS79 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5KS145SSP220D10 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4AP716 by Manufacturer Mez as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 540B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6FS30802AG00 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 50702126 made by Minarik as well as the popular 6105011616630 original spares produced by General-Dynamics-ward-Leonard Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5018ES3EB56CFL by Weg and 6FS30802AG00 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 56T34G200A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
