COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord SK92372AZDSH-71L/4CUS BRE5HL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ntn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raychem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ntn such as the 6205ZZC3L627 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHRINKDISC manufactured by Pte and we are pleased to be able to service most Pte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CES3FR by Manufacturer Raychem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand SK32N210TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ntn such as NKXR17T2ZP5 equipment made by Ntn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ntn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ntn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 112HP601RATIOGEARMOTOR made by Reliance as well as the popular W813508500 original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3835SPTO by Philadelphia and NKXR17T2ZP5 spares by Ntn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35TAC72BSUC10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
