COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord SK90L/4 CUS BRE10 HL IG1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ormec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 2010B1004TP0013N2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SACE04H2 manufactured by Ormec and we are pleased to be able to service most Ormec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NMD20 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand US31502TUS31502T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as COMPAXM1560M equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMA24C1010000 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular 2013B0254TP0013N4000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCS1A2 by Okuma and COMPAXM1560M spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCE90400101A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
