COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord SK700E-551-340-A-KAR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Acces-Io-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the XG7502P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFC4001OC manufactured by Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USBAIO1616E by Manufacturer Acces-Io-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aaon Brand K00257 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aaliant such as VL75A0S1K equipment made by Aaliant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aaliant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aaliant" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 725S5301000OCFYEY made by Accu-Coder as well as the popular AD1216F original spares produced by Acces-Io-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 246B1J4 by Aaon and VL75A0S1K spares by Aaliant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YXO126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
