COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord SK52 VL 180TC2-184 TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parvalux-Gearbox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reeves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Paterson-Gearmotor-/-Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parvalux-Gearbox such as the 12WS3D2U1YB7TX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X5900050X2400030X1900009 manufactured by Reeves and we are pleased to be able to service most Reeves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NC529KE1UH00A025K143SC205 by Manufacturer Paterson-Gearmotor-/-Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand 30TAC62BSUC10PN7B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raychem such as NMCK3V equipment made by Raychem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raychem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raychem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10104305 made by North-American-Marine as well as the popular DM83250056R original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U2206MC56 by Ohio and NMCK3V spares by Raychem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RA90010LB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
