COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord SK 43 N14OTC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the M51A0327MTG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSP500LG0SP5000LG manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 76TAC110ADUC101 by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rapistan-Demag Brand 04814152924 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ntn such as 63311LLBC3L627 equipment made by Ntn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ntn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ntn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C47403485S made by Phd as well as the popular MAA510 original spares produced by Radicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7708898TI by Regal-Beloit and 63311LLBC3L627 spares by Ntn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK32N210TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
