COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord 9382/42AFB/VL-132M/4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reeves products, including obsoleted and phased-out Setco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Burgmaster product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reeves such as the B123 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BB070BY28152 manufactured by Setco and we are pleased to be able to service most Setco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A364012 by Manufacturer Burgmaster as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Radicon Brand 9AAS200R401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHS4235DBG231 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C102N0125MT20 made by Stober as well as the popular BS0374VHD08MA4TFK311ULSP original spares produced by Bauer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AT014060U0 by Micron and CHHS4235DBG231 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B4SH07A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flender. |
