COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord 90S3.1-90S-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 John-Crane product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the D16D580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ2201 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BF50271 by Manufacturer John-Crane as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mori Brand A13028B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Blm such as B120FL equipment made by Blm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Blm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Blm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C062018GXYA made by Radicon as well as the popular B38ZSFCF original spares produced by Leroy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 990M20 by Browning and B120FL spares by Blm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSF2050GHF0SP4163 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harmonic. |
