COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord 90-L/4CUS-BRE20-HL-AG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6sc61400fe01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5KH32EN163H manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6K981B by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5BC46AE1003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as 8040A11L280R032F equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ML62 made by Dayton as well as the popular 6K972P original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5PY59JY27 by Reliance and 8040A11L280R032F spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70220S0360RPP1FNSYNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accu-coder. |
