COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nord 3382VZ-63L/4CUS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Posidyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ntn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nuttall product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Posidyne such as the 01252H1QBT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6016ZZ manufactured by Ntn and we are pleased to be able to service most Ntn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88G53736 by Manufacturer Nuttall as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 8027896A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Not-Sure such as 1814T equipment made by Not-Sure have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Not-Sure products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Not-Sure" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PG90005067 made by Parker as well as the popular 38 original spares produced by Ramsey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 102653 by Paper-Converting-Machine-Co and 1814T spares by Not-Sure are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 021A1H1T6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Posidyne. |
