COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nissei GFMN-15-120-T40T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maple-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IWS120EC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE500CTIU110P002 manufactured by Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMI520C005E by Manufacturer Maple-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brother Brand LJ64OU32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hi-elektronik-Bosch such as HI50023105 equipment made by Hi-elektronik-Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hi-elektronik-Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hi-elektronik-Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMIDT551 made by Modicon as well as the popular M14736 original spares produced by Stulz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GT1662VTBA by Mitsubishi and HI50023105 spares by Hi-elektronik-Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSL05TL7K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Patlite. |
