COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nissei G0B-9220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tatung products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tatung such as the Fr90L1998EBFC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FT3130 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E39450T12T275R032M by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DRS71M4BE1HR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as DRE100L2FFLN equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E457 made by A.-O.-Smith as well as the popular EPLH064003H original spares produced by Gam-Gear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE182TTGS17037ANL by Marathon and DRE100L2FFLN spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elektrim. |
