COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nissei FGP-15B-200-S25WC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the ERJ7200D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT71K4andKA37R17DT71K4 manufactured by Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM2555T4 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand E2113 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as E39450T12T275R032M equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EA210TY made by Reliance as well as the popular F9406031031 original spares produced by Rofin-sinar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E651 by Marathon and E39450T12T275R032M spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS56L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
