COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nissei 2TP-IC205 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Norbro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novotechnik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nissei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Norbro such as the 10RKB401SG1EOBRH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TLH750 manufactured by Novotechnik and we are pleased to be able to service most Novotechnik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G3FM32300T020 by Manufacturer Nissei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand WBK10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as MCM equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ESAY3040T2511 made by Nsk as well as the popular IX0018A00 original spares produced by Northern-Magnetics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JEPMCMC310 by Nittoku and MCM spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YS2005FN001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
