COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Photocraft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Photocraft such as the RHP240AJ830 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4028 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TG2A2B21AS1B4Q4Q8Q16M5 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand UMQ4224A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as KS250M22 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTH50 made by Keyence as well as the popular 410300240 original spares produced by Optoflex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UC50030GMIUR2V15Y913921 by Pepperl and KS250M22 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SB5000L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmitt.
