COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nidec Shimpo VRKF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the 9040004103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LAS30EL manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4S587180 by Manufacturer Nikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North-American-Electric Brand ATLIRR460N3BRKRSTD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Electric such as 3120B0504TP0024P4000 equipment made by North-American-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PAXMV105UUPR made by Nippon-Valve-Controls as well as the popular PEXP284TS252 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LH250340BN2N15056 by Nsk and 3120B0504TP0024P4000 spares by North-American-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
