COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nexlight WRT9600 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Niasa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Northstar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Niasa such as the M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S82048LK11ELC manufactured by Northstar and we are pleased to be able to service most Northstar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V8L45 by Manufacturer Nsd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nook Brand ELZ401001031175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as ESABO14CFA31 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PEXP256TC204 made by North-American-Electric as well as the popular 1634600 original spares produced by Nordic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD550N05 by Nitto-Seiko and ESABO14CFA31 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PESS256TC20M4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-American-Electric. |
