COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nexen SE-200-10.875 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bosch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the PS90657PLSS484399641 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS40 manufactured by Renold and we are pleased to be able to service most Renold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R911327766 by Manufacturer Bosch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand R45GSNAR2NSNV03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as S47DT71K4BMG05HRDFT71K4BMG05HR equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SAF37DT80M4BMG1HRKS made by Sew as well as the popular S24HMNAHNNM00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD7135 by Mj-Tooling and S47DT71K4BMG05HRDFT71K4BMG05HR spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R580BT042EL2Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
